I have the dvd set of the bootcamp series but haven't started them yet. But I've always loved taebo, so I'm sure its going to be fun and good workout. Billy Blanks is great!

I have that 10 minute workout video of dance like 2lil is talking about and blastoff dance but I have trouble with the blast off lol I have others but i tell ya tammy the best that I enjoy is leslie salones walking dvds she has a variety and they are not hard but you get your miles in and she has been getting great ratings and publicity over her methods i have her new one with kick boxing added in and i love it I actually havent done it in a while but I realise i need a variety to keep me from getting bored but if I had to be stuck with 1 or dvds here it would be leslie salone and the biggest loser workout cause bob is a pickle to work out with and the others are funny watching them struggle with ya and matt tries to slack some and gets busted lol!

I enjoy Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds Super Fat Burning 3 Mile Walk . . . it incorporates basic march in place power walking with simple moves like kicking and side steps . . . it also has a segment where you pick up light weights and do upper bodyexercises . . .

Wow you should try Yoga Booty Ballet. Its so much fun and I love doing it every day. The beginning of the dvd includes doing yoga and various stretches, the middle consist of cardio dancing with silly moves, and the end is a section of ballet moves that tones your thighs and butt BIG TIME. Oh and the ab section works better than anything else ive tried. Since doing the vidoes i've gone down 5 1/2 in on my waist alone. Good luck!

Do you have to be on a treadmill to use it? Or is it aerobics on the floor?
I have trouble mentally picturing an aerobics video that showed walking techniques if you are just staying in place....
Thanks!

it's all on the floor and it's really great. you can make it as easy or hard as you want (i.e. - adding hops or skips whatever...). Leslie really is great.

I have one called Quick Fix that has nine different 10 minute sessions, and you can do customize it to pick which ones you wish to do. It's nice because it has a ticker at the bottom that tells you how many minutes are left to go. It's mostly for strength & toning, but it does get you aerobic as well! I like it because 10 minutes is easy to do, and if I feel like it I can do another 10 or not. Each 10 minute session focuses on a different part of the body, legs, butt, abs, arms...
