Well I looked on ebay for the walking one (I need some variety in my videos, too) and the shipping costs 6 times as much as the disc itself...... Hopefully I can find it at Walmart!

has nayone tried any of the belly dancing dvds out on the market? I have heard from a co-worker that they are great for working up a sweat and losing weight as well as working muscles you don't normally use. I have seen some of them for really good deals but I am still sceptical.

I have the kathy smith flex appeal belly dance dvd - and it gets bad reviews from belly dance experts because they claim that she doesnt teach you how to belly dance... but you know what? it's a freakin' workout dvd and that's what you get.. a workout plus it's fun... the intro level is still a workout that focuses a lot on the core muscles - and youo can do it in your bare feet...
I enjoy it...

I would also reccommend WATP, it's good for any fitness level and you feel like you get through the miles really quickly. I have just bought two today so I'll be trying them out tomorrow, one is called 'Jennifer Ellison's West End Workout' and the other is 'Latinasize' (it has one of the partners from strictly come dancing doing a latin danct body workout). They both look really fun, I'll keep you posted once I've done them, but be aware that they are UK ones, so you'll have to check amazon or likewise to see if they're available near you (I'm assuming you're not UK).

Tae Bo is an awesome workout and not too complicated. I also STRONGLY recommend Turbo Jam by Chalene Johnson! They're the most incredible DVDs I've ever worked out to. I feel like I'm getting a tremendous workout, but I'm still having fun and I feel energized rather than fatigued when I'm done. Try it out!

i've been using The Firm fat blasting cardio, body sculpting and muscle shaping. they came free with an incline step. They're about 50 minutes each but the time goes quick.
Best of all I lost 30 pounds in one month using them.
