lose weight, build muscle
my
goal is to lose weight and at the same time build muscle (especially the
abs )
so should i do high-intensity
heart rate jogging (80%-90%)
or should i do low-intensity
heart rate jogging (60%-70%)
Which one maintains my muscles and at the same time lose weight.
