Rep Power: 7 | | | Any 2 day slim down ideas? Hi everyone.......does anyone have any wisdom and success with a quick weight loss? Holiday weekend coming up - - probably gonna have to think about getting into a swimsuit over the course of that time. I was just wondering if anything could happen with a 2 day fast or something?
Thanks in advance and have a great and safe weekend!! |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Whatever can make you really sweat helps reduce the extra water in your body. This is the quickest way to lose some water pounds. Maybe a hot sauna will do the trick for you. A lot of athletes use hot sauna to reduce their weights.

Rep Power: 0 | | Hi, i'm always promising myself to lose some weight for special events...but never end up doing! I always end up in the same situation as you, trying to slim down as much as i can in the space of a couple of days I find that by drinking lots and lots of water it 'flushes' you out and my tummy goes much flatter Doesn't work on any other body parts i'm afraid LOL

Rep Power: 0 | | | I agree with drinking lots of water. The more we drink, the less we tend to hold on to.

Rep Power: 0 | | | Its going to take a bit more that 2 days hunny. The most you can do is eat very low carb for 2 days and go for a jog each day.

Rep Power: 13 | | | It is very unhealthy to lose weight by fasting. Dehydrating yourself in not a good idea either. I aree with babypodge and SarahPT. Drink lots of water so you body stops retaining it. |

Rep Power: 33615 | | | Well 2 days.. I guess starving yourself and doing as much physical activity as you can before you pass out.
Of course, you might end up staying in the hospital over the holiday, but really.. what else can you expect in 2 days? |

Rep Power: 0 | | 2 Day Slim Down - Lose Weight Fast and Easy
This is an adjusted workout. That means that you don't have to do it all at once. This is a big key on how to speed up your metabolism... multiple mini-workouts.
So with that said... jump on a mini-trampoline.
This is the perfect tool for weight loss if you're a busy woman who can't spare the time to drive to a gym all the time. Now, what I don't want you to do is to do 1 long workout with this exercise. Instead, break it up into 2 minute workouts.
