Curious if anyone here has tried this, and has liked it? I've heard a few mixed reviews on it... but It appears to be fun, and low impact is very very good for me, since I have a bad hip.
I was watching the infomercial last night...I'm such a sucker for those darn infomercials...anyway, I think I want one. The tapes/dvds look like lots of fun too. I want the latin dance one. I've been wanting to take dance lessons for a long time now (belly, ball and latin dance) but haven't done anything! So I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone. Did you get it? What do you think of it?
One of my main reasons for wanting it is so that I could run on it when it rains without having to get on the dreaded treadmill. Looks like a great full body workout. If you've purchased it Paper Moon I'd love to hear what you think of it.
hey, i actually made a post asking about the rebounder at The Club forum. a few people didn't seem to know what it was. my aunt has one, and i'm thinking about trying it. if/when she brings it to my house, i'll let you know how it works!
**btw, she never used it. well, she did, but on the first or second try, she fell and broke her ankle (like 15 years ago). she's a total klutz though, so don't let that discourage you. just be careful!
yeah, she said she bought it 10-15 years ago. she broke her ankle on it right after she got it. and no, it wasn't a reinjury. she has nooo coordination whatsoever, so i wasn't really surprised when i heard this story, lol.
