Ditto what Mal said!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why in the world would you want to even ATTEMPT to do something like that??? Is something important coming up? If so, then just realize that you simply didn't start weight-loss early enough...start now and be down a few lbs before then.

Yes! Eat a good deficit of calories without eating too few! Get moving! DO NOT go below 1200 cals in a day for a girl...for guys the number is higher.

thanks for the advice... but i will try alot of exercise and try to go for my goal and i was thinking of eating about 1000 cal... and exerciseing alot and i will see what happends then. THANKS

It is not safe to go under 1200...you are going to put your body into starvation mode and may not lose weight after all.
diets like that you lose water weight and that's pretty much it - once you go back to regular food, you gain back most of what you lost. Besides, if those diets were that easy... do you think there would be any overweight people in the world?
