ok so for the last month, work or no work, im gonna head back to the
gym in the mornings to be in the 220's, something I havn't been in for years :P BUT to do that I need help with something...
last time I went I followed a pretty good workout routine from a friend, but he has since misplaced it, so I was wondering, as far as
fat burning goes, does anyone have any good resistance training routines? I know that builds muscle, not
fat, but either work
energy spent is
energy spent and your muscles will burn more
calories at rest, and i'd like to build a little muscle while taking off
fat :P
so as far as experience wise goes, is there anyone here that is concentrating on
fat lose and has a weight/resistance training routine that goes along with it? thnx a bunch if you have it,
