for me, i would sleep, weight train, then run.

Reasons:
- i am often tired in the afternoon, and a 30-min nap always feels great
- i'm more interested in building muscle, so i want my energy to go towards the weight training
- i don't eat a full dinner. I have a serving of chicken (or something of high protein) directly after my workout. Then, in another hour or two, i have a protein shake and maybe some more meat.
- i get most of my carbs in before my workout at my lunches and breakfast

errtu140 is on a distinguished road
I wouldn't recomment lifting weights and running in the same workout. I don't remember the reason but it was a good one.
