Ok, so there is a price with being previously fat, and it's not the stretchy skin or the stretch marks, because im still a teenager and my skin seems to have preserved some of the elasticity after the abuse i put it through :P
so my problem? Ok some of you might know how to solve this.. but.. even though i lost weight, I would like my stomach to become smaller! Like not the fat around my stomach, but my actual stomach has stretched from eating alot before (biologically speaking) and I was wondering how do I get it back down? Like i tend to look alot skinnier if i can just suck it in a little =D
And all those success stories I saw, when ppl lost weight the stomach just shrank.. is that the only way? to lose more weight? how else can I get that muscle to go down in size?
I think this is like the biggest question in weight loss honestly. I know I'd love a secret answer of how to shrink just my belly (and my butt lol) but there is no magic solution. Your best bet I would think is to up the tummy target exercise like curls etc. but when doing this you'll have to be careful to keep up a good mix of cardio too or you'll just end up adding more layers under whats already there making it look bigger.
Sometimes I think I'm going to try and resurrect the fashions from the 1900's and buy myself a good whale bone girdle Then I can be all "oh daaarrrling catch me I feel faint"
