Rep Power: 0 | | | abs when i do crunches with my hands behind my head, by the third set i will be forced to bend my neck, which brings pain. But i have started to do crunches with hands by my sides forming fists. And i still feel the same burn feeling. Can i do crunches this way and get the same result? |
