Which is my best option? (Losing weight.)

Hello, I am an 18 year old male (I have attached a picture of my stomach below, so avert your eyes if you got somethin' against fat people ), and had since before a year ago packed on a few pounds. The past 6 months or so now, I have been regularly attending my gym, and run at least 30 minutes everyday, along with weight training.

I take the supplements L-Glutamine, along with my daily multivitamin, I try to take whey protein after my workouts, but I usually forget.. should I try to really get on this?

I currently weigh about 175, from 210, I was 162.. but I went on quite the drinking binge this past month and have since gained more and more weight.

I want to lose my love handles, my stomach, and the 'man-boobs', what running is optimal for this desired effect?

Oh, also, my upper legs have quite a bit of fat on them as well, not my lower though.. what can I do about this?

My options are, cross trainer/stairstepper/bike/tredmill.

Should I rotate between some? Any tips, please..

I really need to have a normal teenage body by next march if possible.

Hi and welcome to the forum! Congratulations on the weight loss!

For the upper leg I'd suggest running, running and more running...walking is excellent too though in all honesty. I try to do a combination. Be careful with the stepper/treadmill, use little resistance...being a man your legs might get bigger is you put too much resistance on any machine working your legs. This cardio workout (running and/or walking) will help your legs and your upper body overall in that it will burn fat.

You might want to consider adding weight lifting to your workout. Muscle burns more calories than fat and that will help you tremendously! It doesn't matter if it's muscle in yours arms, back or legs...muscle is muscle and it's an asset!

Keep up the good work and I hope to see you around!

I weight lift all I can.

Tredmill I run at 2 incline, 6.5 speed, good call on the legs getting bigger though, will have to keep that in mind..

I would suggest side rotations. or side crunches.

You could try HIIT High Intensity Interval Training. You can convert your jogging to HIIT by alternating between short hard sprints, and walking. I haven't tried it myself, because I don't think my dog would be too understanding...
