Hi there I wanna tell you my routine first.
I wake up around 7:30 i go to school till 2:30. All day I chew gum untill I come home at 2:30 where I eat a meal. I eat again around 6pm and I dont eat after 7 pm. So basically 2 meals a day. I drink a lot of water threwout the day, and I have a 500mL of 55g protein shake after I workout straight after I eat my first meal of the day (after school).
I just recently started muscle building like 6 out of 7 days. Before that I been eating like 2 meals and some snacks in between. I notice my stomach went down, but I still got a belly. When i sit criss crossed i can jiggle my stomach which looks still very big. For the last year i have been doing 25 crunches each day. I notice that I cant get pass this stage. There is still fat in the somach area.. it seems a lot to me. I want to get ripped, or so that i have a normal flat stomach.
Any suggestions. Its like I have fat that I cant lose, all my life i have been chubby i am now 17 years old and i really want to lose this baby fat. I know your supposed to eat 6- 7 meals a day but i have no idea when to eat these , and what to eat. Like can somebody give me a example of what they eat 7 times a day, EXACT FOOD please! Also any suggestions of supplements?
Thanks

bad! bad! ... by not eating all day, your body goes into what is called "starvation mode" and your metabolism slows down. Then, when you finally eat after school, your body says ... oh look, i'm going to get fed ... i better store this because I don't know when i'm going to eat next.
When we say eat 6 times a day, all you do is take your regular meals and split them in two and then try to eat at regular intervals so that your metabolism keeps going all day.
Now, 25 crunches aren't a lot, but are a waste of time no matter how many you do. Crunches, like weight lifting, build muscle ... that's not your goal ... it's to lose fat. That comes from a good diet and fat burning exercises.

well, if your gonna put a gun to my head, lol I'll write out an example and you can modify it as you see fit, but keep in mind I'm no doctor! You might also want to think about if you want a low cal diet or low fat, low carb, ect. Think about whats best for you. This is just an example...
7:30...wake up, shower, dress, ect...eat a bowl of ceral (cheerios, Special K, Grapenuts, ect NOT cocoa pebbles, fruity O's, ect)
10:30 or so...try to eat an apple or something of that nature, a small salad if you can fit it in..or special K has "on the go bars"
1:30 or so..Lunch..a salad or soup with yogurt or cottage cheese...you can always have some kind of healthy sandwich like subway, or just one of your own with low cal or low fat meat
4:30 or so..dinner, have a meat, veggie and fruit, or potatoe
7:30 have a bedtime snack... theres lots of ideas from fruit to those 100 calorie packs (delicious!) or a scoop of fat free frozen yogurt, whatever fits in your diet (ex low fat, low cal, ect) I personally will allow a cup of hot cocoa once in a while if I have enough calories left over.
Your eating every 3 hrs, that will help keep up your metabolism. You can also keep some veggies on hand, carrots or broccoli, ect, put some carrots in a baggie and take them with you. Veggies are very good for you! If you slip and have a cookie or something of that nature, don't kick yourself just keep at it. Remember, diets take time! You have to be patient. Hope this is some help but dont' take it as gospel, I'm hardly a weight loss expert!!

I only just started eating during the day, before i was a no breakfast/late lunch person too... i could never loose weight. Now I eat about 5/6 times a day. Have a look at my diary (Bee's diary).
It's also a good idea to try and choose food thats going to provide you with sustained energy rather than say a chocolate bar which will make you blood sugar spike then make you hungary later on.
I walk as my exercise, just fast enough that i start to get a little warm and a tiny bit breathless, but not so much you can't talk. If you've got the energy for it Step areobics is great.

also you have to remember if your bodybuilding you can't build those muscles and burn fat at the same time.for meals if you really wanted to get serious into bodybuilding you have to make sure your eating a lot of protein.
I started bodybuilding about 6 months ago and my diet is like the opposite of what it used to be. you have to eat every 2-3 hours. it works. oh and for the abs I would do like 3 sets of 15 every 2 days. and remember theyre made in kitchen not when your excercising.
for meals
can of tuna fish with 1 oz of cheese about 300 calories
protein shake in milk with 1/2-1 cup cottage cheese about 350 calories
lean meats/chicken/fish depends
6 inch grilled chicken at subway dont remember lol
If your bodybuilding the best thing before bed is a cup of cottage cheese, its good protein that takes a long time to break down and it keeps feeding your muscles protein all night.
if you would like a good place to buy protein shakes pm me
