I just thought I'd let everyone know about this website I found today. It's great. There are different parts to it, but the best part is you can find out how many calories you burn for almost every activity. You type in weight, height, age, all that stuff and then pick from a HUGE list of activities and type in the time and then it comes up. It's great. I'm a massage therapist and massage was a choice, and I found out that in an hour massage I burn around 270 calories. Check it out if you're really serious about counting AND subtracting your caloric intake
