I just started a Step class that runs for an hour every thursday morning for 10wks. I have tried a few aerobics classes which i really liked however I wanna keep trying new things so I don't get bored. The first class went really well...I have to say I kept up pretty well except when it came to the abs at the end. My stomach is the area Im having the hardest time losing and I again today felt sore muscles that I never seem to use!
Anyways I was just wondering if anyone can share their experience with taking Step and what your results are or if you know how beneficial it can be.
Thanks

Getting sore muscles after a new workout routine is normal, and shouldnt discourage you, as it should get easier.
I've done some step aerobiscs, and I find the best thing about it, is the fact its a class with a set time, that helps motivate me to actually make sure I go and do it. Doing it in a group, i feel is much easier.
Its still a good idea to keep varying your workout, and keep challenging yourself, but 10 sessions in 10 weeks seems like a good goal, and you will see results.

I've only taken a few beginner classes like 5 years ago and I loved them! They really help to get your heart in better shape and with co-ordination and your core.
