Like others have said, you can't choose where you want to lose weight.
But you can focus your
energy on building muscle. The muscle will change the shape of your chest.
Muscle gain in general is great for your
body- better shape and more burning of
calories. Try to use your biggest muscles the most. That would be your thighs. Try squats, even without weight- try chair squats or just holding your arms out in front of you and going down to a 90 degree angle bend in your knee.
For upper-
body, bench or push-ups are best- work those chest muscles- you'll lose the
fat and shape your chest.
Just keep pushing. Chances are you won't succeed the first, or even the second time. But after the third attempt at becoming fit, you'll have begun to really change your life.
Keep pounding away at it!
