Do that like you do any other exercise - stoppng every few days to let the muscle rest. It should help a bit. I learned it from an Avon lady, she was very large but her chin area was nice and tight. She said she did it every week day about 25 reps. before she put on her makeup.
Couldn't hurt right? | I am soooooooooooo trying this! Thanks pequin! |

Rep Power: 31 | | I think every person who reads this is secretly going to try it!
Wayne do you want an eye opener? Google KFC and click on the nutritional menu. Google all of the 'yummy' restuarants. Aside from the ridiculous calorie count of these items, the sodium content is through the roof! Sodium makes you retain water which makes you not lose weight. Go for baked or grilled chicken--Applebees has a great chicken sandwich on their weight watchers menu....it's yummy and healthy. Also, avoid anything that is white or made with white stuff. Mashed potatoes, fries, white bread, etc... they all have the wrong type of carbs and will stop your weight loss.
It is hard to change the way you eat---especially when you feel like you're 'giving up' the yummy food but you can do it! |

Rep Power: 0 | | It rained today over here.. I couldn't go swimming and jogging. Last time I saw this guy on tv mentioned about skipping for 10mins equals to 30mins of running. Is that true? Are there any other exercises where I don't have to spend money and still be effective? |

It is hard to change the way you eat---especially when you feel like you're 'giving up' the yummy food but you can do it! | Hi Kaitie.
Yesterday I was going to get some yummy pastry from the bakery, before I walked in the door, I told my self, "you need to stick to your plan!"..so I end up walking out.
Changing my eating habbits and what I used to eat is surely difficult, but I reckon I've handled it quiet well.. I've always loved salad, cereals and fruits, it's just that I never ate enough of those.
YEAH man.. no more KFC for a long period of time man.. if I gave up fried chicken for one year, I am sure I will look more fit. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
