Rep Power: 0 | | | Best way to lose double chin? Hi everyone
I have gained 5kg's on my body and most of the fat is around my neck and chin. I just saw a photo of myself taken by my friend last week and I can tell you that I have gone fat.. and during lunch friends and mums are joking around about me being FAT!.... makes me feel sad man
I've started jogging for about 3 months, I try to do it 5times a week, 30mins each time. But I didn't even lose like 1kg if I am correct. I drink water but not regularly and I am sure the way I am eating is not helping me much thats why.
If 30mins of jogging is not enough, I am thinking of going to the local pool in the morning, jog in the arvo and also start skipping for 15mins?
Please give me some suggestions please.. this is depressing for me as I never thought I will ever get fat.

YEAH i know...
I just went out for a swim and I also bought some healthy food.. I now look at how much fat each item contains..
another habbit that I have is that I eat really fast.. I am always the first person to finish the ordered meal.. it's not good for digesting. |

they are both just as important, after all your body needs 3 things to stay healthy, a good diet, enough exercise and enough sleep, all 3 are equal
a good start to losing fat is changing your diet for the better but i cannot stress the importance of exercise enough, weight loss shouldnt be about getting the number down on the scales, you arnt chasing a number you should be trying to become healthier, that means less body fat, stronger muscles, stronger heart and lungs for a start
there is no point weighing less if you are just as unhealthy at 140 pounds as you were at 200 |

Rep Power: 0 | | I "had" a double chin and I have for years...I've got a really fat face too. I didn't think there was anything I could do about it really, besides hate it. But I took some pics of myself last night...and no I will NOT be posting them LMAO...anyway, I was really surprised to see that it's almost gone and my face isn't as fat as it used to be either. I was sooo happy. Its true that you really can't see the progress until you look at pics.
For me I just concentrated on total fat loss...and it came from where it wanted. So I encourage you to continue your workout but diet is just as important. I can kill myself at the gym but it wouldn't do me any good if I still ate like I used to...but I know you already know that.
Best of luck to you buddy, but just know that it can happen and you WILL see the difference! |

Hey there
Yeah!.. I know.. I just looked at that photo of myself again.. it surely motivates me to exercise and have a healthy diet. No more fast food for months man!... I gotta give up that KFC man.
I bought cereals, skim milk, healthy bars, fruit and vegies.. gonna try to eat those for breakfast and lunch.. not sure what to eat for dinner tho.. it's hard to get to the healthy track since i've been eating junky all the time. |

Rep Power: 0 | | About the skim milk, I tried going from whole milk to skim milk and I couldn't do it! If you like milk, you wont like skim milk right away. But after wasting a lot of milk, I heard that you actually have to wein yourself from whole milk to skim milk. Go from whole milk, to 2% for a while, to 1% for a while, then skim!
I'm working on that myself because I do drink a lot of milk. I'm down to 2% |

actually skim milk doesn't bother me too much.. I used to drink a lot of coffee but I never got the drink skim.. maybe I am not a big fan of milk that why I can't really tell the difference. |

Spice it up with herbs and spices. I hope your having a good day and way to go with the exercises. Don’t forget to drink lots of water. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Ok - it sounds really lame and don't let anyone catch you doing it but... if you tip your head back, resting on your shoulders then open and close your mouth over and over.. you can feel that lower chin muscle working.
Do that like you do any other exercise - stoppng every few days to let the muscle rest. It should help a bit. I learned it from an Avon lady, she was very large but her chin area was nice and tight. She said she did it every week day about 25 reps. before she put on her makeup.
Couldn't hurt right?
