well, the week has already started and i haven't done too well on my exercise goals... I didn't really do much of anything yesterday... but here's to something for the next 7 days... which will be hard b/c i'm traveling and have lots to do... My goal is to do at least a 30 min workout each day... be it jump roping, kickboxing, high intensity walking, or whatever... i don't know if it will get done, but this has inspired me to really make it happen. I never work out when i travel back home, so this will be the test to see if i have really changed my lifestyle...
my goal is to stick to my plan haha. But 16 laps! How did u do that mind.. U must be quite a swimmer I was for 10+ lap and I almost get a flu from it. Is there any secret to swimming? I never am good in it.
Hi eccent I do 6 back stroke, 6 Brest stroke and 6 freestyle and its a home pool not a public so it’s a bit smaller lol. The secret to swimming….. Don’t have anyone around to watch you to tell you how bad you are lol , im not a very good swimmier either. I don’t think I will get in much more swimming, the nights are starting to get a bit cooler and winters on its way.

When i started i did 1 hour on the exercycle every day (30 mins in morning 30 at night) but BOY did i get a sore ass
Now ive been doing weights and more cycling i have a rock hard ass (underneath the flab i mean) and its not so bad.
I swear they design exercycles with super horrible seats!
