Rep Power: 0 | | | Cardio or Fat burn? Which is better for loosing weight? Cardio you work harder, and loose more overall callories, but by staying in the fat burning range (by keeping heart rate 65-70%) you loose more callories from fat, so which is better?
Thanx in advance! |

Rep Power: 0 | | I would say - combination of two . I am doing cardio every day for an hour and able to keep my heart rate up 65% for entire hour. I do agree - I see results, but workout itself is very difficult, kicks your butt! |

Rep Power: 0 | | I hear different things about both and the jury's still out in my opinion. i seem to get results either way, but i think mentally - i enjoy the sweat and harder work outs, b/c i feel like i'm "really workin'". i don't know though. there are several opinions you can read about this topic..it's crazy. good luck, though! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Here's the way I understand it. If you stay in the "fat burning" heartrate zone, a larger percentage of the calories you burn are from fat. However, if you work out in the "cardio" heartrate zone, you burn more calories. So, even though you burn a higher percentage of fat calories at a lower intensity, because you burn so many calories at a higher intensity, you burn more fat over all.
