I can't wait....i did a new workout today and felt really good about it. What kind of exercise do you do??
YAYY!! It DOES feel so good after you've worked out. I typically do Curves three days a week, a 2 mile powerwalk on Tues. and Thurs and then strength training on Tues and Thurs. I work my triceps,biceps, back, and legs then I switch to the elliptical and/or the treadmill for some cardio after that.
At home when I don't feel like doing that stuff, I go to my DVR and do one of the workouts I have saved. I LOVE the Allstar workouts on Fit TV (that's my favorite station in the WHOLE world). My favorite is the Indian dance, the hip hop one is kinda fun too. On days when I cheat with some chocolate, I'll do a Winsor Pilates tape or Cathee's (Fit TV again) Kick boxing routine....that sucker will have you sweating buckets and have your back sore as I don't know what the next morning!! OUCHEE!
Since I've been on vacation for a little over a month now I just try to keep from getting bored with my workout. When I'm at work exercising is a release and I can't wait to get to it, now that I'm on vacation...I hate to say it but it sometimes becomes a chore. So I have to work at keeping it interesting so I'll continue.
So, tell me about what you did yesterday. Was it a video/dvd?
You go Girl! I absolutely LOVE Fit TV. However, we changed satalite providers and don't get that channel anymore Boohoo.... Unfortunatly my workout scheduale isn't as routined as yours. I did a new DVD video by Jullian Michaels, I think she is a trainer on that tv show The biggest looser....and I am on a softball team too,but we are in our last week of that. Oh, and i've actually done one of those Indian dances, she usually holds a handkerchief while she moves those hips, it was a lot of fun....
anyway, how are those extra 5 lbs coming? I'm surprised they don't just drop off you since you workout so much...keep me updated!!

Yea, that's the Indian dance! I didn't have any scarves so I tied tube socks around my wrists! (honest! I did) I think I've been stressing waay too much lately and that's why it's not coming off. It seems to be one thing after another, ya know?
You keep at that workout! I'll bet softball has helped a bunch. I love softball, I'm a great batter, but I suck in the outfield ...which is where I always get stuck.

AHHHHHHHHH....I totally know what you mean about the Kickboxing on FitTV...I tried that one morning....oh my goodness!!!! I was sweating so much I could hardly see, it was dripping right into my eyes....it was a great workout though! I think I'll do it tomorrow morning now!
Socks, huh? I'll have to remember that one!! I'm actually the opposite of you. I'm a great fielder, but I am horrible at batting, can't seem to get it to the out field...anyway, try not to be stressed, nothing is worth losing your health over. whatever it is, it will pass...
It's about 7:15 here, i'm about to take my daughter for a bike ride and try to burn some more calories before the end of the day....
Holy Buckets!! I never realized there was a channel like FitTV!! And we have it!! I just went to check it out and had my hubby set up the TiVo to record a couple of the shows!! I'm so excited.
I think I remember seeing his show. The hubby said that I could only TiVo the two I picked out until I tried it to see how I liked it. That show will be the next on my list.
Sharon Mann is good too, she's pretty hyper and has way too much energy, but the workouts are great. some of people on there have workouts that are too difficult to follow, like the dance moves and stuff, but this lady is good....

well i have turbojam and it is really fun...the ab workout is great my abs were quite sore the day after...but that only happened the second time i did it. mostly because the first time i was just moving and not concentrating on my abs....so if you do get it, just remember to think about what you are doing, you get way better results
Have you bought that Turbo Jam yet girl?? I swear being up late these nights has me on the verge of buying it. If I see that informercial ONE MORE TIME, I'm going to have to get it.

You sound so much like me. That infomercial your talking about comes on ALL the time too...I bought some dance aerobic stuff, but I swear i look like an idiot doing them, b/c I just can't get the moves down..This week i've worked out quit a bit. I WILL get comfortable into those new jeans before I go back to college....(about 10 days away)
By the way, I have found a great way to satisfy a chocolate craving. I bought some sugar free choc. pudding and used 1% to make it, and then dip your strawberries in it....ummmy.
Have you stepped on the scales lately?
