Thank you! Sometimes I get so upset with thinking about this +3lb. that I am not able to see the big picture. I am trying not to cheat at all, but with many Christmas Parties to go to with in the next few weeks, I am sure I will cheat a little bit too . I have my old jeans to fit in into too! I am estimating 20lb. loss before I can get into them. Thanks so much for your kind words!

Well Coco, three days, there is your answer .....I would have gained more than 3 lbs if I went that long, so see if you can do something about it and please don't be upset as you know its just a flush or two away .

Eating a really HIGH fibre cereral....works quicker if you add hot water to it, let it swell up and then eat, sounds yuk but I pretent it medicine.
