has anybody ever had any experience with the workout video "8 minute abs" ? I don't want to buy it if it doesn't work. I would love for it to take only 8 minutes a day to tone up my tummy. Please let me know if you've tried it and what you thought of it. Thanks
I used it years ago. And - Oh. My. Goodness. I wanted to shoot myself in the face it was such a hard work out. It would work if you can get yourself to go for the whole 8 minutes and keep doing it daily. It's a lot longer than it sounds.
I used to use it when I had a VCR since I had it on tape. I loved it. It had many different crunches to do in 8 minutes. Some were quite difficult at first. But overall, it worked great. The previous poster is right that it may be a little difficult at first, but it works if you stick with it. Nowadays, I try to replicate the 8 minutes abs video when I do my ab workouts.
