Rep Power: 0 | | Okay for one thing unless your in some sort of contest dont even hope for 6 or 7% bodyfat because you will not get it. And at that low its almost impossible to stay at that level for any length of time. A low range would be like 15% and 12% you start to lose breast size very rapidly. I have no clue how tall you are but if your in the 5'5" range a good weight would be something like 115 or 120, and thats with a clean diet and an excercise program that has you working probably in the 5-6 days per week range. And remember to do weight lifting, not just cardio, drink lots of water and good luck to you. Oh and the bodyfat thing, women cant get to the low levels like males. A lower percent for men would be like 8-9% and for women around 15%. |

Rep Power: 0 | | You could try going on bodybuilding.com they have all sorts of calculators for figuring out lean body mass but at 15 unless you're overweight I wouldn't worry about it, it's too soon. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Okay well even as a guy thats a low bf%, the more realistic range would be 8-9%. If you want to know your body fat get calipers, you should be able to find them either at the store or online for around 12 bucks. |

Rep Power: 15 | | | hahah errtu... breast size. I guess guys can have breasts.. I know this one guy. He's about 6'4, size 17 feet, and has massive man boobs. I swear if you get a good bra on him, he could be about a LEAST a B cup. I would say 44B, or maybe even C. Keep in mind he doesn't take steroids |

Rep Power: 10 | | yea, 12% is considered very healthy ... anything lower is getting into competition range and very impractical to try to maintain for any other reasons besides low self-esteem |

Rep Power: 0 | | Well it depends on your body type and genetics, Ive always been in the 7-9% range without excercise. Cdn Im not sure if you read that it was a guy or not but I would really not say that lower than 12% is competition range. |
