So - I generally wake up around 6:30 and hit the trails by 8:30 and have been having my first meal around 10:00. I eat 5 to 6 times a day, so I have plenty of room to move my food around.
Does it matter what I should eat before cardio (carbs vs. protein?) and if so - how many calories (or percentage of daily calories?) should I have? |

What may be heavy or light for you, wont be the same for the next person. |

If you know of a student majoring in a athletic performance field, they could probably test your co2/o2 ratio while exercising and find your optimal hr%. Or if anyone is in fl, i'd be glad to take you to the university, ill even put you in the bod pod for fun! lol |

I can put the weight up high enough that my body weight can't hardly budge the weights and still rip out more reps than I had expected. So, it doesn't seem to be on the same level as other exercises where you just increase your weight to the point that it's real hard to do 8-12 reps. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
