First consideration when designing a program is goals and time constraints. If I remember, and forgive my memory, I have made too many posts in the last few days... but if my memory serves me correctly, you wanted to lose a little fat. That is your primary goal at the moment, right?

And what are you time constraints? Or put differently, how many times per week can you workout? Do you have a gym available to you?

I am walking out the door, once you answer, I will help.... or I am sure someone else around here will hop in and help out. Talk soon!

Yes my primary goal is losing fat, but I also want to make sure Im not losing the muscles I have along with that. I go to the gym everyday anywhere from 45min-1 1/2 hours. Yea Im about to head to the gym myself right now, and out for the rest of the day, so maybe we can come back to this tommorow.
