I have a physical activity plan that I am going to start following for the month incorporating the equipment I have at home, and my own
body weight for resistance.
I will post it here if any of you are interested in trying this same plan with me for the month even if you are only working out using your
body weight for resistance.
I also am wondering how much
cardio I should be putting forth each week or daily. I have started parking across campus and walking to my class on Tues/Thur instead of parking as close as I can.
