Losing weight easily(well for me)

Well an easy way to lose weight is sports. I'm not athletic myself but i can play a few sports like basketball. I just weighted myself after a game and i lost like 6 pounds. I'd say my diet is somewhat ok.

Problem with weighing in after a physical activity is that you have lost water weight, not fat weight.

exactly!

Best way to accurately keep a log of your weight is the following:

1. stay to a similar diet and eat proper and at similar times...
2. get up of a morning and go the toilet
3. weigh yourself

That will give you your 'truest' weight.. and at a more accurate and steady interval - maybe take a measurement once per week..

I actually hate that when I see people in my guy weight themselves!! after or before a workout and it's also 7pm...they could be anywhere on the scale due to what they've ate, water consumed, workout done!
