Rep Power: 0 | | | How to lose fat on face? I am only 19 years old. Since i have been out of high school i havent been active. I started getting fat on my face under my chin area. How can i lose this weight on my face? |

Rep Power: 10685 | | | Depends on your diet and caloric intake. You cannot spot reduce fat. If you are in a reasonable calorie deficit, on a good strenght training routine and adding in some cardio, Preferrably HIIT, you will start to lose bodyfat and your face will thin out. There isn't anything you can do to just reduce fat in your face. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | You should take a run every 2 days until the fat is gone and than you should keep up moving [like walking] every day whatever you want too because sitting at home will make it come back, there is no such thing doing nothing and be skinny.
