In 2015, I went into the University of Michigan hospital for gallbladder removal. When I woke up, they told my they couldn't cut me open because they believed I had pancreatic cancer.

I was about 50 pounds overweight at the time, and loved the junk food, though I always had an interest in "clean eating."

They had me keep coming back for tests and observation over 6 months.

During that time, I immediately ELIMINATED ALL white, processed foods from my diet, and ate only natural, healthy foods.

During that time, I dropped 60 pounds in the first 60 days, but this sudden weight loss only reinforced my belief that it was cancer.

Turned out, 6 months after they told me they suspected cancer, they told me they were mistaken. They told me I had some rare condition that caused these growths, but it wasn't cancer, and would not develop into cancer.

It turned out, my extreme weight loss was due to my dietary changes alone! With the changes I made, I always ate to fullness, and was never hungry, and loss a LOT of weight.

Since then, I've stuck to my natural, clean diet for the health benefits and kept the weight off.

I've put the information I've learned on my website, dietanswers.net. Losing weight, and keeping it off, is easy, if you understand what makes you fat. I hope the things I've learned will help others achieve their weight loss and fitness goals.
