    Hello all,

I wonder if anyone encountered a problem with even a small amount of vegetable oil.

I have diarrhea from a bowl of soup if it has a bit of vegetable oil in it or from a serving of salad if it was seasoned with vegetable oil.

There is no difference if it was sunflower or olive oil.

I am trying to avoid all vegetable oil at home but while on the road it is hard to do (they put it everywhere).

    How to solve this issue?

    Thanks!

I think talking to your doctor would be step one.

Nearly the same happened to me but because of fish oil capsules.

How do you react to vegetable oils?

I have seen this with people who try to add flaxseed oil as well. Our gallbladder basically secretes bile to breakdown the fat, you can certainly be dealing with gallbladder over secretion which can cause a laxative affect. The cleaner you eat you can avoid vegetable oil. This means making you own food. Bake or crock pot chicken, steamed vegetables, salads with homemade dressings or pico de gallo in place of dressing etc...

    Hope this is helpful!
