Dear WL Forum, I've read that after we eat, our insulin level spike and after that it drops and our body burn fat. So fasting, or changing our meal time can help reduce weight. But there many things still confuses me. Perhaps I would like to ask one thing first. A few hours after we eat and our insulin drop, Do we still have glucose in our bloodstream that our body cannot process so the excess glucoses are expelled as our secretion? Thank you very much.
