I'm in - starting weight:
Monday 1st May 2017........................14st 8.25.......pounds i.e. 204.25.. pounds
A day late but count me in;
Tuesday 2nd May 2017 ....
GW: 149.0 lbs
Starting weight : 227 lbs
Goal weight (by end of may) : 216
On a new diet so hopefully I stick to it! And hopefully it works this time. I'm glad I'm still in the 150s considering I had munchkins and a glazed donut. Yumm! Hadn't had one in awhile.
6th May........ 122.2kg down 0.7kg
Wow that's great. How so much so quickly.
A couple of days ago I weighed and went back up 122.9kg and last night down to 122.0kg... Not sure if I should be happy or not.
Am I just juggling water weight?
I was actually 159 lbs yesterday so I lost about 4 lbs in a day.
But I only ate breakfast yesterday so that's why. Today I had breakfast. Skipped lunch. And I'm going to eat dinner so my metabolism doesn't slow down!
14th May 120.0kg (down 2.2kg?!)
Overall loss so far 2.9kg (~6.3lbs) over half way and half way through the month. Will I make it?
So glad I'm in the mid-150s.
154.2 lbs! Hopefully I reach my 1GW of 153 lbs tomorrow!
153 lbs! Scale finally moving down. Next GW is 150 lbs. hopefully I can reach it next week!
155.2 lbs. about 1 lb loss this month.
Hesitant to post because of fluxuation...
It has been at around 118kg for past couple of days though.
Weighed in at 118.7kg down 1.3kg from last weighing.
Total loss 4.2kg since start of the month.
Equates to aprox 9.25lbs.

My month was a wash out with a lot of stress...
At least I didn't gain any weight - which for me is a blessing...
