Lose 10 pounds in April!!!

    1st April 2017............15st 2.75 i.e. 212.75 pounds

    i have decided to lose weight and here i am, i will try to lose 10 pound in the month of april and i have already started working on it,,
    What i am going to do is to cut the extra calories and use simple exercises to help me lose weight like

    using stairs
    swimming and cycling

    Happy Weight Losing ;)

    Well scale going other direction. 158.6 lbs! But I did make it to the gym today. Planning on going tomorrow morning before my luncheon!!! Eating needs to be a lot better.

    My scale has been going in the wrong direction the last couple of days too vicincali2

    I'm still being punished for having 3 bread rolls with butter with cooked meat for my main meal on Thursday... I should know better... I should be stronger...

    Well done for getting to the gym.

    Saturday 8th April 2017................ 15st 2.5........pounds i.e. 212.5 pounds

    158.8 lbs. was 161.8 yesterday so hopefully now I'm going down again!

    Ooo this is a good one, starting weight this am 152.5 after eating a bunch of chips, battered deep fried French fries, and those smiley face frozen mashed potatoes - yesterday. Not my finest hour for sure. That's why I'm here. I did better today. Went to Carowinds today and my way home from work to ride Fury a couple times. Added about 4K steps to my day but then I didn't go to the gym.

    I'm back down to the low weight that I had on Tuesday morning... I'm counting it as a success because we did eat out on Tuesday night and my chicken korma, pilau rice and peshwari nan would have locked me in on a gain if I'd not been really good otherwise...
