Remember, if you want to hit your goals, working out is only around 30% of everything you need to do. Your diet is the most important. Discipline yourself and you will be amazed at how fast the results come in. High protein, low carbs, lots of vegetables. A lot of people mis interpret the word 'diet' as well when they want to lose weight, in reality you need to be eating a decent amount, not fasting. Food is your energy and without it you will not see results. When i was around 17 i was able to lose 16 pounds in literally two weeks just from proper dieting. I promise it works!
