My mom will be leaving next week so I should make goal.

Down 3 since my last weigh in on Sept 28
I am trying harder today to just stick with my diet. I'm just eating one meal for the day. It worked yesterday so hopefully it works today! I was 151.8 lbs yesterday so 2.6 lbs down in a day. I keep losing and gaining the same lbs!
Back up to 150.0!
I am down almost 11 in Oct
I have walked 251,149 steps in Oct

This month I only lost 1.4 lbs. Some days were better than others. Oh well, hopefully I do better next month.
