Breakfast: 2 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 pieces of Toast, 2 packets of Oatmeal, 3 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Ham/Pastrami/Cheese Sandwich, 1 Bag of Chips, 1 Banana.

Snack: 1 Banana, A few Crackers, 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamers TV Dinner (Beef and Broccoli).

Snack: 3 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2440

Exercise: 3.25 Hours of Walking.

What? I can't believe my weight went up, I mean I didn't go crazy like I normally do.

I went to a meetup today, so I had a few drinks. Unfortunately my weight went up also.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamers TV Dinner (Grilled Chicken Marinara w/ Parmesan).

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters.

I did better today, though I went a little overboard on the free samples lol.

I was doing good, but I went a little overboard later on. I went to a singles meetup and ate a bunch of H'oderves. I tried to eat healthy but had a few fried Mozzarella balls. I also set up my shop on Etsy.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamers TV Dinner (Four Cheese Ravioli and Chicken Marinara).

Ugh, I went a little nuts I think b/c I was a little discouraged since last week I did good, but gained anyway. At least the weather is nicer, though I don't think my dog likes the warm weather very much.

Again I went crazy today lol. It's been a kind of a crap weekend. I got a abrasion on my face from trying to get off a temporary tattoo, then today I accidentally threw away my keys. I wanted to walk more, but it was pouring down rain during the evening.

I'm going to make an extra effort to get my weight down. It's slowly creeped up these last couple weeks and now it's in the 190's.

Good thinking Matt. My weight has gradually crept back up & up, little by little. Maintenance is harder than losing, but until you get there you don't realize it.

Kind of a crap day. First I accidentally put shaving cream on my toothbrush, I also had to throw away a painting I was working on, because I had messed up the varnishing. Oh well at least y weight went down.
