    Today's Weight: 188.2

    Breakfast: 2 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 pieces of Toast, 2 packets of Oatmeal, 3 cups of Coffee.

    Lunch: 1 Ham/Pastrami/Cheese Sandwich, 1 Bag of Chips, 1 Banana.

    Snack: 1 Banana, A few Crackers, 4 Yogurts.

    Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamers TV Dinner (Beef and Broccoli).

    Snack: 3 Yogurts.

    Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters.

    Estimated Calories: 2440

    Exercise: 3.25 Hours of Walking.

    What? I can't believe my weight went up, I mean I didn't go crazy like I normally do.

    Yep, I actually have I like green mint tea,I usually have hot tea when I'm feeling sick.

    Dinner: 1 Boston Market TV Dinner (Chicken Marsala).

    Snack: 4 Yogurts.

    Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters.

    Estimated Calories: 2650

    Exercise: 3.33 Hours of Walking.

    Hot tea is good in Summer too. It actually cools you down. I forgot to tell you that I like your cheery new photo Matt :)

    Dinner: 1/2 Chicken Platter (with a side of Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli and a Zucchini Muffin) all from Arby's.

    Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters, 1 Old Fashioned, 1 Manhattan, A few samples of Wine.

    Estimated Calories: 3110

    Exercise: 3.33 Hours of Walking.

    I went to a meetup today, so I had a few drinks. Unfortunately my weight went up also.

    Lunch: 1 /2 Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich, 1 Lentil Quinoa Broth Bowl, 1 French Baguette all from Panera Bread.

    Snack: Various Free Samples, 4 Yogurts.

    Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamers TV Dinner (Grilled Chicken Marinara w/ Parmesan).

    Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters.

    Estimated Calories: 2610

    Exercise: 3.5 Hours of Walking.

    I did better today, though I went a little overboard on the free samples lol.

    I was doing good, but I went a little overboard later on. I went to a singles meetup and ate a bunch of H'oderves. I tried to eat healthy but had a few fried Mozzarella balls. I also set up my shop on Etsy.

    Lunch: 1 12 piece Chicken Nugget combo (w/ Large Fries and Large Dr. Pepper) from Chick-Fil-A

    Snack: 2 piece of Prosciutto, 2 pieces of Cheese, 1 Slice of Cake.

    Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamers TV Dinner (Four Cheese Ravioli and Chicken Marinara).

    Miscellaneous: 4.5 Bottled Waters, 5.5 Rum and Diet Cokes.

    Estimated Calories: 3850

    Exercise: 3.5 Hours of Walking.

    Ugh, I went a little nuts I think b/c I was a little discouraged since last week I did good, but gained anyway. At least the weather is nicer, though I don't think my dog likes the warm weather very much.

    Dinner: 1 Small Pepperoni Pizza, 2 Pepsi's all from Vinny's

    Miscellaneous: 3 Large (30 OZ) Bottled Waters, 1 Beer.

    Estimated Calories: 3950

    Exercise: 2.75 Hours of Walking.

    Again I went crazy today lol. It's been a kind of a crap weekend. I got a abrasion on my face from trying to get off a temporary tattoo, then today I accidentally threw away my keys. I wanted to walk more, but it was pouring down rain during the evening.

    Snack: 1 Banana

    Exercise: 3.33 Hours of Walking.

    I'm going to make an extra effort to get my weight down. It's slowly creeped up these last couple weeks and now it's in the 190's.

    Good thinking Matt. My weight has gradually crept back up & up, little by little. Maintenance is harder than losing, but until you get there you don't realize it.

    I did much better today, at least my weight is going down.

    Kind of a crap day. First I accidentally put shaving cream on my toothbrush, I also had to throw away a painting I was working on, because I had messed up the varnishing. Oh well at least y weight went down.
