Snack: 4 Yogurts. Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner (Meatloaf). Miscellaneous: 2 Bottled Waters, 2 Diet iced teas. Estimated Calories: 2230 Exercise: 2.5 Hours of Walking. Today was Labor Day so I only had to work a half day. I tried to cut down the calories since my weight is up though I probably could have made some better choices.
