    IMG_0091.JPG Hi everyone, I've decided to join this forum for support and advice on achieving a body to be proud of.

    A bit about me, I'm male, 6'1 and I currently weigh around 103KG. I don't really look overweight (with shirt on) but I hate the way I look especially when sitting as everything looks even worse, so much so that I avoid taking my shirt off. I have uploaded picture of me right now, can you guys give me any advice on how to lose the excess fat and how long it would take at a guess. Thank you

    Welcome to the forum :)

    the first place to start is to take a good objective look at your current diet, what are you currently eating and how much. once you have better knowledge of your starting point then you can begin to see where changes can be made to begin the process of fat loss. It helps if you begin to keep a food log for a couple of weeks to get that starting point. Starting a thread in the diary section is a good way to begin that tracking and to get feedback as to where changes can be made.
