So nervous :( need advice and motivation <3

I'm new to this site
and i've been trying for a few years to lose weight
I need to lose about 15kg, although I know i'll be happy when I lose 10 so for now that's my goal :)

the thing is like most other people in my position
I lose motivation almost instantly
I have no self discipline and eat way too much even though I try so hard to resist
I'm sure you guys are familiar with the cycle of eating too much.. feeling depressed and then eating more to distract yourself.


I would love some advice and maybe just some friends to help me through it, with similar goals or that have already achieved goals
because right now i'm in this all on my own and don't know where to begin.

So if you're willing to share your advice or help me out

i read your thread,this is not fair,you need to loose 15 kg ,this is not good for your health,loose 15 kg in a certain period of time,take a proper diet...cut back on starches and sugar,insulin is the main fat storage hormone in the body.when insulin goes down, fat has an easier time getting out of the fat stores and the body starts burning fats instead of carbs.
