    Hey...
I find myself on this community again after over 1 year...
Let me start by saying: Weight Loss is the most difficult thing i have to go through in my 26 years On this Earth....!!!!
    I LITERALLY HATE IT....
It is just not fair..Is there going to be a Day, where i am not going to think before eating or Regret my decisions after eating ???
Gah...There is so much Pressure...(to lose weight, to study, to work, to make friends )
    1. ITS WAS MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTION TO START JOURNEY AGAIN ON FRESH MIND....
Second..my weight issues are not making it easy for me to socialize...i Just cannot stop thinking...
2.I am an epic Introvert, i am literally that girl..that runs into other room or panics when somebody calls me..
    3. Food is the only thing right that is helping (not)...
AND I JUST CANT STOP EATING...AND IT IS AFFECTING MY SELF CONFIDENCE (which was low to begin with).
I was 97 KG when i first joined this community...Then Lost around 10 Kilos in 2016-17...and Again i am stuck at 86 KG....Is the scale ever going to move lower..???. I don't know.

It has been 4 Months where my scale nor any inches are moving...which has literally FUCKED UP MY EATING HABITS for over 1 Month..
I make it a point to at least workout in the Gym 4 Days a Week....
    What Should I do.. ???
Any body interested in becoming Accountability Buddy... I don't know if i will be of any help..but i will surely like to try out..

Or can anybody please suggest something....

    Frustrated , Cranky and Hungry...

One pound of fat is equal to 3,500 calories. By shaving 500 calories a day through dietary and exercise modifications, you can lose about a pound a week. If you only need to maintain your current weight, shaving 100 calories a day is enough to avoid the extra 1-2 pounds most adults gain each year.
Adopt one or more of these simple, painless strategies to help lose weight without going on a diet:

Hello I honestly don't feel your problems are dietary at all. Social anxiety disorders are real. Please get help for that first. I think everything else will just fall into place. Wish you the best.

I could not keep to my diet and exercises until I did not have a certain goal. Losing weight is a purely psychological problem, only 20% depends on good dieting and exercising.
Now I have three goals which are valuable for me:
    1) Being slim is healthy
    2) People will respect a slim me more (my friends, acquaintances, neighbors, teachers, colleagues, groupmates, classmates, and haters will be surprised and jealous seeing a new me)
    3) It is easier and cheaper to buy clothes being slim, besides all these clothes are fashionable, stylish, and elegant. I will be able to come to any shop and buy any dress when I am slim!

It does not make any sense to lose weight for boyfriends or girlfriends, you should lose it for yourself!

Okay!! As you said, you are a foodie and don’t have control at your chewing habit. So, eat but change your choices of foods. Eat fruits like apple, banana instead of snacks such as chips and wrappers same case with drinks you can drink plenty of water instead of soda and cold drinks. Most importantly chew the food thoroughly which you are consuming. One more suggestion eat 4-5 almonds before 15 minutes of your every meal and also drink a glass of water just before your meals.

I was food addicted too. A main reason was my stress and junk food. I found that the best way to change my lifestyle was a total removal of sugar from my diet.
There were some studies that sugar can be as addictive as drugs and it might be true. I switched to artificial sweeteners and currently I am lowering even them in my diet.
Step one, read content of your food. Step two, switch to food with low glucose index. Step three, you will feel better.
