I'm not sure where this fits, but I was reading about "cool-sculpting". They pretty much use a machine with a head that they lay on your problem areas. The cold essentially causes fat cells to die, the body disposes them. I'm not advocating this as a "primary weight loss". However, I've read that people are simply doing a DIY method of simply freezing and laying ice packs on their stomach. They have articles and before/after pictures of people doing this and they are getting similar results for much cheaper? Anybody familiar with this. I'm thinking of doing this with weight loss (exercise etc).
