Hello, I am about 6" and weight 222.4 pounds. I would like to go down to 160-140 pounds. I started lossing weight about a year ago, gave up and started again. At that time I weighed 315 pounds, my current age is 15 and I comsume roughly 800-1200 calories per day. I recently started running, I now do about 2 miles (22 min) of a mild pace jog each day along with walking around. I have hit a stop where I gained about 3 pounds and have not gone under 219 in 2 weeks, any advice?
